  • LOUNGE: Plenty of comfy seating, Open fire, TV. GAMES. BOOKS. LEAFLETS FOR LOCAL ATTRACTIONS.

  • DINING ROOM: Table with seating for 8

  • KITCHEN: Well equipped, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine.

  • SHOWER ROOM: Shower, sink, toilet. 

Upstairs

  • FIRST FLOOR

    • BEDROOM 1:  Double bed

    • BEDROOM 2: Two single beds with cot if required.

    • BATHROOM: bath with shower over, baby toys, potty, sink, toilet.

    • LANDING: An extra room to use as you wish, WITH A SOFABED AND TOYS IT CAN BE A PLAYROOM, SECOND LOUNGE OR A BEDROOM IF REQUIRED. 

  • TOP FLOOR

    • BEDROOM 3: Double bed

    • BEDROOM 4: Two single beds with space for an additional double mattress for extra children.

  • SOFABEDS: one on the landing and one in the lounge. 

  • SHEETS AND TOWELS: We do all the bedding and provide a towel each.
